Peak Fitness was created with the journey in mind! Yes, Peak Fitness is a Private Fitness Studio in the Heart of St. Matthews but it's much bigger than that. Peak Fitness is a Mentality / Mindset. The community here understands there are always new heights to reach. Core Training
Core training is like the foundation of your house. It provides stability, strength, and power that benefits almost every aspect of your physical activity. Regardless of your current fitness level, core training can be beneficial. For Beginners we will start with basic exercises like planks and crunches, while more advanced individuals we will incorporate more challenging core work into your workout routines to maximize core strength.

We believe that fitness should be enjoyable. Our trainers will create a workout routine you'll look forward to, keeping you motivated and engaged. We will help tone your body by completing well balanced, varied fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength.
