Cardio Power Hour
Ethan Wilson and Andrew Robinson opened Peak Fitness in 2017 with the hopes of generating a culture of health, wellness and Strength. With combined 15+ years of experience in the Fitness world they have honed in on what really makes people go.
Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Core Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.
We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by completing well balanced, varied fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.
