OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

Brand New Turf

Brand new antimicrobial flooring was installed in August 2020 for a fresh, clean feel.

Temperature Check

Every Trainer and Client must be screened at the door for a fever using non contact infrared Thermometers.

0 % positive COVID Test.

Not Feeling Well

Our facility has had no positive COVID test up to current date (9/18/20).

Any client @ Peak Fitness that does not feel well, they are recommended to stay home.

Extra Sanitation Protocols

Social Distancing

Equipment is cleaned down after every use and nightly cleanings are performed daily.

All trainers are required to wear mask and maintain 6 feet social distancing.

Peak Fitness was created with the journey in mind! Yes, Peak Fitness is a Private Fitness Studio in the Heart of St. Matthews but it's much bigger than that. Peak Fitness is a Mentality / Mindset. The community here understands there are always new heights to reach. Peak Fitness is most about putting one foot in front of the other each day while striving to be your very best no matter the obstacle.

Core Training

Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Core Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.

Weight Training

We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by completing well balanced, varied fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.
